Return & Refund Policy — Maison Seoul
At Maison Seoul, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is not part of a final sale, hygiene-sensitive product, or clearance item
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as skincare tools, beauty devices, and intimate products cannot be returned once opened.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional but helpful)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
